Christopher Neesham is a psychologist with international experience in leadership and high performance coaching.
In the sports sector he has worked with high performance coaches, including National and Olympic Coaches, and elite athletes in karate, fencing, swimming, aerial skiing, gymnastics, sailing, shooting, triathlon and rowing.
In the intensely competitive world of professional sport, he believes that the key to achieving and sustaining high performance is for the athlete to have a working understanding of performance psychology and to practice it rigorously.
Christopher has also facilitated the successful transition of athletes and coaches into the world beyond sport. He regularly crosses the threshold of sport into the corporate arena sharing his leadership and performance expertise with managers and executives. His interests outside work include open water swimming, skiing and flying.
