The Elite Feats Modules
In this module you will cover the fundamentals necessary for you to engineer success and improve your performance. We will work together to raise self awareness, clarify your goals, and select strategies to get you there. The purpose of this module course is to empower you, the athlete, and give you the success elements – that is, knowledge and psychological skills – to lift your game and get better results. Inside you will find lots of practical game changing tools (whatever your sport) to get you more quickly to where you want to go, and beyond.
Your relationship with the coach is the single most important relationship in your development. The coach’s expertise, knowledge and skills marry with your potential to accelerate development, get results and take you to places you may have only imagined. In this module you will learn how to create the conditions for an effective and productive partnership with your coach.
Whatever your sport, there are factors which will distinguish successful athletes from unsuccessful ones. If you aspire to be the best you can be and to reach your performance peak, you’ll need to understand what these factors are and be able to apply them in your respective sport. In this module you’ll discover the qualities and skills necessary for you to achieve peak performance and achieve your ideal performance state.
